Job summary

SEH is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support highway project field inspections and the Florida Panhandle expansion. You will document daily field activities, assist with meetings, and coordinate with clients and contractors while contributing to project budgets and schedules.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, willingness to travel, and experience in construction project coordination. Office work may involve AutoCAD or MicroStation tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Travel may be required for team meetings, client consultations, on-site observations, etc.
• Experience in the construction field as a Construction Project Representative or related role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect highway and transportation projects to verify compliance with approved plans and specifications.
• Document day-to-day field and inspection activities, material sampling and testing, and measurement of quantities.
• Prepare for and assist with preconstruction meetings, progress, and conflict resolution meetings, negotiate and prepare construction change orders.
• Interact and communicate with clients, contractors, and SEH personnel.
