Job summary

L7 Construction, Inc. is seeking a Safety Coordinator to support a safe, compliant, and productive work environment across Central Florida project sites.

The role requires conducting safety inspections, addressing hazards, and maintaining safety documentation while traveling between multiple job sites throughout the region. Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety excellence.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.
• Experience in construction safety or a related safety role preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel across Central Florida.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine site safety inspections across Central Florida.
• Ensure employees and subcontractors use proper PPE and follow safety procedures.
• Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate safety logs, inspection reports, and training records.
• Assist with new hire safety orientation and training.
• Communicate safety concerns to project management and field personnel.
