Job summary

CN Guidance & Counseling Services, Inc. seeks a Program Supervisor to oversee staff, coordinate field visits with MRU teams, and ensure adherence to program standards within health and substance use services. The role includes supervision, training planning, and participation in outreach activities.

The incumbent will lead staff development, utilize data in supervision for decision-making, and drive quality improvement in a fast-paced clinical setting serving high-need populations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health profession from a program approved by the New York State Department of Education.
• Master's Degree in a related health field and licensures and/or certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily team huddles and weekly case conference meetings.
• Participates in outreach/field visits with staff, as necessary.
• Provide staff with consistent and supportive direct supervision to ensure the delivery of quality care management services and to support continued professional growth.
• Organize and provide weekly supervision to MRU Senior Outreach Coordinator.
• Assist Senior Outreach Coordinator in organizing and scheduling events/Naloxone trainings.
• Identifies and implements quality improvement trainings and activities as part of professional development goals.
