Job summary

TURN is seeking an administrative supervisor to oversee daily operations, provide individual and group case consultation, and coordinate client care across disciplines. You will supervise staff, ensure documentation accuracy, and support treatment goals with the team.

The role involves direct client services, on-call coverage, and field-based work as required, with emphasis on confidentiality and quality improvement within a community behavioral health setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral science and 1 year of experience OR Associate's degree in behavioral science and 3 years of experience OR 5 years of experience in the behavioral health field or SUD Certification/Registration.
• Experience providing mental health and/or substance use disorder services preferred.
• Cultural competency understanding required.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and EHR software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Program Manager with day-to-day operations and monitor staff productivity.
• Provide client service coordination/case management with the treatment team.
• Develop, evaluate, and implement treatment goals and plans.
• Provide direct client care and complete accurate documentation; meet minimum billable requirements.
• Perform shift management duties in coordination with other staff.
• Facilitate placement including pre-placement visits and transportation as needed.
• Shift coverage including part of the on-call team.
• Provide field-based services as required by program and client need.
• Maintain confidentiality of client's care.
• Participate in scheduled program meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
