Job summary

HealthSearch Group partners with a nationally recognized healthcare organization to identify an experienced Practice Liaison to support an established, high-performing territory across Central Pennsylvania.

This field-based role focuses on building physician partnerships, expanding patient access, and driving organizational growth. The Practice Liaison will manage multi-site territory, conduct meetings and educational sessions, and work with leadership to execute regional growth strategies.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of healthcare sales or related territory development experience.
• Proven success managing a large territory independently.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience using CRM data to drive strategy (Salesforce preferred).
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a field-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established multi-site territory.
• Develop relationships with OB/GYNs, primary care physicians, and referral partners.
• Increase patient volume through physician outreach and business development initiatives.
• Utilize Salesforce and referral data to identify opportunities and maximize territory performance.
• Conduct physician meetings, educational presentations, and networking events throughout the region.
• Partner with leadership to execute regional growth strategies.
