KALCON is seeking an experienced Scheduler / Planning & Delivery Manager to support field-based construction schedules for data center projects. You will lead on-site schedule validation, planning, and coordination with general contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure readiness for commissioning and turnover.

The role emphasizes active field involvement, collaboration across stakeholders, and delivery oversight through construction, commissioning, and turnover activities.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience may substitute.
• 5+ years on commercial/industrial/mission-critical construction roles.
• Proven Primavera P6 scheduling expertise for active field operations.

Mansioni

• Validate contractor schedules and field progress against actual conditions.
• Collaborate with GC schedulers, superintendents and trade partners on sequencing and readiness.
• Walk sites regularly to identify risks, conflicts, and constraints.
• Provide independent feedback on schedule health to project leadership.
• Own and maintain owner's view of project schedule and milestones.
• Coordinate sequencing with procurement, equipment, commissioning, startup and turnover.
