EyeCare Partners LLC is seeking a Practice Liaison based in Swansea, IL, with travel to surrounding areas. You will implement a coordinated referral partner marketing plan to originate and grow referrals to EyeCare Partners and its eye care services.

The role focuses on increasing loyalty to EyeCare Partners' doctors among referral sources and accelerating practice growth. Responsibilities include field visits (80-90% in field), CRM management, and acting as the initial contact for referral

Qualifications

• Prior knowledge of Physician relations and healthcare marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, facilitate and execute a regular cadence of visits and meetings with physician referral sources (80-90% in field).
• Utilize a CRM system to manage current and potential referral sources across markets.
• Be the initial contact for referral sources with concerns about referred patients and drive resolutions.
• Investigate issues and collaborate to improve operational processes.
• Gather and interpret data to identify priority areas for growing referrals to EyeCare Partners.
• Plan and execute educational seminars, grand rounds, and meet-and-greets for physicians and teams.
• Collaborate with practice leaders to expand satellite locations and co-management initiatives.
• Partner with Business Development, Marketing, and growth teams to develop organic growth strategies.
