Quantum Vision Centers in Swansea, IL seeks a Practice Liaison to implement a coordinated referral partner marketing plan and drive referrals to EyeCare Partners’ services. The role focuses on increasing loyalty to EyeCare Partners’ doctors among referral sources and accelerating practice growth.

The candidate will travel in surrounding areas, build relationships, and collaborate with marketing, practice leaders, and growth teams to expand market presence and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in physician relations or healthcare sales preferred.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with ability to develop marketing initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven project management and conflict resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, facilitate and execute regular visits with current and potential referral sources (80-90% field time).
• Use CRM to manage referral sources in markets.
• Be primary contact for referral sources regarding patient concerns.
• Investigate issues and drive process improvements.
• Analyze data to prioritize referral growth opportunities.
• Plan and host seminars, rounds, dinners for physicians and teams.
• Collaborate with practice leaders to expand satellite locations.
• Support initiatives like online referral portal adoption and ATIOL conversions.
• Partner with Business Development and Marketing on growth strategies.
