Job summary

Ecolab seeks a Pest Control Technician Trainee in Flagstaff, AZ. You will start with a 5-week paid training program to learn pest detection, elimination, and prevention techniques while building relationships with commercial customers across hospitality and foodservice sectors.

You’ll gain hands-on experience, work in a field-based role, and have the opportunity for long-term career paths in service, sales, or management—starting with a robust benefits package and a focus on growth.

Qualifications

• Requires a current and valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to work overnight shifts.
• Willingness to be on call during off-hours and weekends.
• Background check conducted for all candidates offered the job.
• Drug test including THC required for all candidates who receive a job offer.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 5-week paid training program for pest detection and elimination.
• Establish relationships with commercial customers, including hospitality and foodservice.
• Partner with customers on pest elimination best practices.
• Maintain expertise on Ecolab products and services to enhance service and sales.
• Use handheld equipment to document structural, sanitation, and pest issues.
• Deliver timely, high-quality service under supervision.
• Obtain required pest control licensing and/or certificates as required by law.
