Job summary

Sync Payments is looking for a field-based sales leader to own a territory of community banks and credit unions, teaching bankers how to identify referrals, close deals, and grow the bank-partner network. This role combines branch visits with direct merchant discovery and closing responsibilities.

You will thrive if you have a proven channel-sales background, a knack for measuring referrals and revenue, and comfort presenting to executives.

Qualifications

• Proven channel sales experience in financial services or payments is required.
• Ability to manage and grow bank referral networks.
• Strong relationship-building with bankers, lenders and business owners.

Responsibilities

• Own a territory of community banks and credit unions and visit branches regularly.
• Train bankers to spot referrals and make warm introductions.
• Run discovery with referred business owners and close merchants who stay.
• Hunt new relationships and expand the bank-partner network.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM and provide weekly pipeline updates.
