Job summary

Sync Payments is a field-based, full-time sales role in the United States. You will own a territory of community banks and credit unions, visit branches, train bankers to spot referrals, and run discovery with business owners to close merchants who stay.

The package includes a $70,000 base salary plus $120,000 to $140,000+ on target, with no cap on earnings. Expect quarterly travel and a performance-driven pay plan that rewards repeat referrals.

Qualifications

• You have sold through a channel. Payments through banks is ideal. Treasury management, SBA lending, bank-owned merchant services, or insurance through bank partners will do.

Responsibilities

• Own a territory of community bank and credit union locations. Visit every assigned branch in person, on a cadence, and be welcome back.
• Train bankers to spot a referral and make the introduction warm.
• Run discovery with referred business owners: their day, their receivables, their software.
• Close merchants that will last. Walk away from the ones that will not.
• Hunt brand-new relationships of your own and introduce them to our bank partners.
• Keep the CRM current. Weekly written pipeline review with your manager.
