The position includes developing relationships with patients, educating them on disease state, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in patient support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a direct patient support role.
• Experience in pediatrics, endocrinology, neurology, or related fields.

• Develop relationships with patients and caregivers through interactions.
