Qualifications

• 5+ years in a direct patient support role, explaining disease state and reimbursement concepts.
• Clinical experience in pediatrics, endocrinology, or related fields preferred.
• 2+ years in pharmaceutical industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for patients and educate on therapy access.
• Develop long-term relationships with patients and their care teams.
• Conduct medication administration education as required.
