Job summary

Pape’ Material Handling, the premier capital equipment dealer in the West, seeks a Product Support Sales Representative to sell equipment parts and service and to nurture relationships with customers in the field.

You will determine customer needs, recommend solutions, and provide ongoing support, acting as the liaison between Parts, Service, and customers to keep equipment running at peak performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling heavy equipment parts and service.
• Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Proven track record in planning, developing, and executing sales actions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of material handling products, services and costs.
• Provide price quotes to customers.
• Offer after-market sales support for parts and service.
• Proactively monitor customer fleet repairs using telematics.
• Promote telematics subscriptions, warranties and maintenance plans.
• Manage customer base using CRM software.
