WHAT YOU’LL DO:

In the Parts Sales Counterperson II role, you will be the go-to parts expert for customers looking to maintain and repair their equipment. Whether it's face-to-face at the counter or over the phone, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers get the right parts when they need them most.

Your day-to-day will involve actively engaging with customers to identify their needs and providing recommendations, including identifying complex or uncommon parts. You will use a combination of product literature, specialized software systems, and your own expert knowledge of parts and equipment to offer timely and accurate solutions. Your ability to translate technical details into actionable parts support will set you apart and create lasting relationships with the clients we serve.

In addition to customer support, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory through regular cycle counts, receiving and processing incoming orders, and restocking customer inventory as needed. You will also be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining environmental data in spreadsheets, along with assisting with other parts, inventory, and operational tasks as needed to support the team and ensure an efficient workflow.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• 3 or more years of parts counter experience or applicable mechanical/service experience.
• Advanced knowledge of parts inventory.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required.
• Self-motivation and assertive drive.
• Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers by telephone and in person to sell company parts and other services.

Compensation: $20.40-31.58/hr (Depending on Experience)
