Job summary

Journey Payroll & HR is seeking a personable Part-Time Partner Development Assistant to build relationships with accounting firm contacts in Fort Collins, Boulder, and Denver. You will hand-deliver marketing materials, represent Journey in the community, and help generate appointments for the sales team.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly (territory around where you live or go to school).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to start conversations with new people.
• Professional appearance and demeanor; you are the face of Journey in the community.
• Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or relationship-building is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Hand-deliver monthly marketing flyers and gifts to 100–150 accounting firm contacts each month.
• Develop genuine relationships and represent Journey professionally.
• Help generate appointments for Journey's sales team through outreach.
• Participate in monthly strategy meetings with ownership and CEO.
• Communicate activity and feedback to Journey's marketing and sales teams.
