Job summary

Journey Payroll & HR is seeking a friendly Sales Assistant to build relationships with accounting firms in Fort Collins, Boulder, and Denver. This part-time, hourly role focuses on learning sales fundamentals while collaborating with leadership.

Typically 20–30 hours per month, with a $20 appointment bonus for each qualified new meeting and a $250 monthly vehicle allowance to cover local travel. The position offers flexible scheduling and growth opportunities within a fast-growing Colorado

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly (territory around home/school).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• College students and early-career candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Hand-deliver monthly marketing flyers and a companion gift to 100 to 150 accounting firm contacts each month
• Develop genuine relationships and represent Journey in a friendly, professional and memorable way
• Help generate appointments for Journey’s sales team through outreach
• Participate in monthly meetings with ownership and the CEO to review results and strategy
• Communicate professionally with Journey’s marketing and sales teams regarding activity and feedback
