Job summary

Journey Payroll & HR is looking for a personable PART-TIME Partner Development Assistant to support our network of accounting firm contacts in Colorado’s Fort Collins, Boulder, and Denver areas. You’ll be the face of Journey in the community, delivering flyers and gifts to 100–150 contacts monthly and helping our sales team generate appointments.

This hands-on role emphasizes relationships, cross-team collaboration with leadership, and opportunities to grow into larger sales responsibilities

Qualifications

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Willingness to travel regularly within local area.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Comfortable initiating friendly conversations with new contacts.
Self-motivated, punctual, and able to work independently.
College students or early-career candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Deliver monthly marketing flyers and gifts to 100–150 accounting firm contacts each month.
Develop genuine relationships and represent Journey professionally.
Help generate appointments for the sales team through outreach.
Participate in monthly leadership meetings to review results and strategy.
Communicate activity and feedback with marketing and sales teams.
