Journey Payroll & HR is looking for a friendly, dependable Partner Development Assistant to help build relationships with accounting firms in Fort Collins, Boulder, and Denver. This part-time, field-based role is ideal for students seeking sales experience and flexibility.

You will deliver monthly marketing flyers to 100–150 contacts, build genuine relationships, and support appointment generation for the sales team. The role includes an appointment bonus and a $250 monthly vehicle allowance.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver license.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly within local area.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable initiating professional conversations with people you don't know.
• Highly organized and dependable with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Hand-deliver monthly marketing flyers and a companion gift to 100–150 accounting firm contacts each month.
• Develop relationships with contacts and represent Journey professionally.
• Help generate appointments for Journey's sales team through outreach.
• Participate in monthly meetings with ownership and CEO to review results and strategy.
• Communicate with marketing and sales teams regarding activity and feedback.
