Qualifikationen

• Travel within the U.S. as necessary (frequent overnight/weekend)
• Residence in or ability to relocate to a geographic region assigned by the Company
• Ability to work in a lab/operating room environment
• A valid driver's license issued in the United States
• Strong interpersonal communication, influencing, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills required
• Experienced in data analysis and have excellent problem-solving skills

• Functional knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, basic knowledge of surgery
• Strong technical product knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, protocols, and solutions preferred

Aufgaben

• Independently guide and assist surgeon in the operating room providing clinical and technical support for orthopedic surgical cases
• Advance DPS sales by serving as sole Company representative in surgeries, ensuring equipment is available and functioning
• Troubleshoot and respond to physician needs; handle hospital billing and purchase orders
• Share customer, procedural and marketplace insights with cross-functional teams to improve service and support
• Provide OR and Sterile Processing Department consultation
• Maintain, track, and deploy equipment and assets to ensure product availability
• Ensure promotional materials are maintained and meet quality standards
• Provide logistical support by moving instruments, implants, and equipment between reps and hospitals
