Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Field-based Intern in Ortho Sales to gain firsthand exposure to sales, operations and instrument use in a hospital environment. You will shadow experienced team members, develop market strategies and participate in hands-on activities that support patient care.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field, plan to enroll after summer.
• GPA 3.0+ preferred.
• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Sales Associates, Sales Representatives, and Operations Team Members to learn the branch operations.
• Develop a target account list and marketing strategy for a project segment.
• Learn selling processes and instrument use techniques with mentoring from sales staff.
• Assist in warehouse tasks and kit assembly for surgeries; support product delivery to accounts.
• Coordinate with teams regarding product information and custom projects.
