Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience in healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately to physicians.
• Experience building credibility with key customers and account management skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration with field teams to ensure best Customer Experience.

Responsibilities

• Promotes approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory or region to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Creates demand for BMS medicines by articulating clinical and scientific rationale for use.
• Engages with and maintains a high level of scientific expertise in assigned products.
• Prepares and implements territory and account plans.
• Uses CE^3 tools to derive insights and inform call plans.
