Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, NP, PA or PharmD is required.
• Current active healthcare professional license.
• 7+ years clinical oncology/hematology experience; recent hematology and multiple myeloma preferred.
• Experience in academic and/or community oncology practice.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Strong adaptability and willingness to learn.
• Ability to interpret clinical and pharmacoeconomic data.
• Cross-functional collaboration and business acumen.
• Strong organizational skills and autonomous time management.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide product and disease education to allied healthcare professionals and patient care teams.
• Develop a customized educational plan through account dynamics and clinical insights.
• Educate on dosing, administration, and adverse event management.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, clinical ops, medical) as needed.
• Deliver 1:1 presentations, in-services, round-table discussions and podium presentations.
• Document interactions and manage allocated resources.
• Travel up to 50% to fulfill education duties.
• Support training initiatives for the internal sales team.
