Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Current active healthcare professional license.
• 7+ years of clinical oncology/hematology experience; recent hematology and multiple myeloma preferred.
• Experience in academic and/or community oncology practice with Hematology/Oncology patients.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate allied healthcare clinicians on patient identification and therapy roles.
• Develop customized education plans based on account dynamics and clinical insights.
• Lead 1:1 presentations, in-services, and round-table discussions.
• Collaborate across sales, medical, and clinical operations to improve education.
• Document interactions and manage allocated resources.
