Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, NP, PA or PharmD required.
• Current active HCP license.
• 7+ years clinical oncology/hematology experience; recent hematology experience preferred.
• Experience in academic and/or community oncology practice with Hematology/Oncology patients.
• Excellent communication, objective setting, influencing, business acumen, analytical and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and continuous learning.
• Ability to interpret clinical and pharmacoeconomic data and trends.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience in oncology (sales/marketing/clinical).
• Strong organizational skills; ability to work autonomously with time management.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint; travel up to 50% with driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a education leader across academic and community oncology accounts with approved resources.
• Develop customized educational plans from account dynamics and clinical insights.
• Educate clinicians on product use, dosing, administration and adverse event management.
• Provide education on patient initiation and management per product protocols.
• Deliver education via 1:1 presentations, in-services, round-tables and podium talks.
• Document clinical insights from education activities and optimize resource use.
• Attend internal meetings at national/regional/local levels to share information.
• Support staff at exhibits and displays; assist in training the sales team as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, clinical operations, medical, evidence).
• Educate patients in advocacy meetings with approved materials; manage accountability of resources.
