Qualifications

• Oncolog y/hematology experience strongly preferred, with knowledge of payer processes.
• Understanding of coverage, coding, billing, reimbursement, and prior authorization.
• Ability to communicate technical billing elements at national/regional levels.
• HCIR credentialing requirements may apply to facilities in the territory.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on patient support programs, access tools, and services.
• Educate on product-specific acquisition and access options such as specialty networks and white-bagging.
• Provide local expertise on payer policies to educate providers on reimbursement and claims submission.
• Collaborate with Oncology internal stakeholders for key account management.
• Report payer trends to Patient Services and MHC account teams.
• Establish and maintain relationships with providers within territory.
• Stay current on managed care, reimbursement, and policy activities.
