Job summary

Qualifications

• Onc/hematology-oncology experience with payer and reimbursement knowledge.
• Ability to communicate payer policies, coding, billing requirements.
• Strong territory and account management skills.
• Familiarity with HCIR credentialing requirements and related processes.
• Bachelor’s degree and valid driver’s license are required.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on patient support programs, access and reimbursement tools.
• Educate on product-specific acquisition options like specialty networks and white-bagging.
• Educate on resources to address access issues for patients.
• Educate/providers on payer issues, coding changes, and claims submission processes.
• Collaborate with Oncology internal stakeholders for key account management.
• Report payer trends to Patient Services and MHC teams.
• Establish and maintain relationships with providers within territory.
• Stay current on managed care, reimbursement, and policy activities.
