Job summary

2M Quality, LLC is seeking part-time reviewers to inspect newly built homes from a buyer's perspective. Reviews take 1 to 1.5 hours and focus on defects in workmanship, quality, and finish. Travel to sites within the Columbus area is required, and results are submitted electronically on-site by 5 PM.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work unsupervised between 8 AM and 5 PM. Training will be provided on how to enter reports into the database, with no rooftop or attic

Qualifications

• Residential construction experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable internet access and transport to multiple sites.
• Ability to complete reviews between 8:00 and 17:00 with on-site entry of results.

Responsibilities

• Drive to construction sites for quality reviews.
• Conduct on-site quality reviews of workmanship, completeness, and finish.
• Enter Review Reports in the database on-site or immediately after each review.
• Do not walk roofs or climb attics; use provided equipment.
