Job summary

2M Quality, LLC is seeking part-time quality reviewers to inspect newly built homes from the buyer’s perspective. Reviews take 1 to 1.5 hours each and are conducted at scheduled sites from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm, with electronic submission by 5:00 pm.

No roof access; no ladders or tools required beyond a tablet and internet access. Compensation is paid per review, with $75–$90 per new review and an introductory period at $65–$75 per review, rising by $10 per final review.

Qualifications

• Residential construction experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Look at newly built homes from a customer perspective to identify defects in workmanship, quality and completeness.
• Drive to construction sites and perform quality reviews within the scheduled day.
• Enter review results in the report database on-site and submit by 5 PM.
