2M Quality, LLC is seeking part-time contractors to perform on-site quality reviews of newly built homes in the Bradenton area. Reviews take 1 to 1.5 hours and assess workmanship, quality, completeness, and consistency from a buyer's perspective. You will travel to sites between 8 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.

and submit electronic reports by 5 p.m. on the same day. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work unsupervised. Training will be provided for entering results.

Qualifikationen

• Must have access to a tablet with cellular service and email.
• Reliable to complete reviews on scheduled days between 8:00 and 17:00.
• Willing to travel to multiple sites in the area with no drive-time pay.
• Residential construction experience preferred but not required.
• Capable of operating in a self-directed, thorough and consistent manner.

Aufgaben

• Inspect newly built homes from a buyer's perspective to identify workmanship defects.
• Drive to construction sites and perform quality reviews on the scheduled day.
• Enter review results online on-site using a tablet and submit by 5 PM.
• Document findings in the report database; no roofs or attics required.
• Avoid using tools on-site beyond provided equipment; no ladders needed.
