Job summary

2M Quality, LLC is seeking part-time quality reviewers to assess newly built homes from a buyer’s perspective, identifying defects in workmanship, quality, completeness, consistency, and professionalism.

Reviewers drive to sites, complete reviews between 8:00 and 5:00, submit reports on site via tablet, and receive pay per review ($75–$90). Intro period $65–$75; a $10 raise after intro.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented and thorough.
• Able to recognize defects from a buyer's viewpoint.
• Reliable and able to meet scheduled days (4–5 days Mon–Fri).
• Must have internet access on-site via Wi‑Fi.
• Must be able to drive to multiple sites; drive time not compensated.

Responsibilities

• Look at newly built homes to identify defects in workmanship, quality, completeness, consistency.
• Drive to construction sites and conduct quality reviews on schedule.
• Complete reviews within 1–1.5 hours and submit reports by 5 PM.
• Enter results online using a tablet; on-site data entry.
