2M Quality, LLC is seeking part-time 1099 reviewers to inspect newly built homes for workmanship, quality, completeness, and consistency. Reviews take 1–1.5 hours and are performed at scheduled sites between 8:00 AM and 3:30 PM, with electronic on-site reporting due by 5:00 PM.

Ideal candidates are detail‑oriented, reliable, and able to work unsupervised, visiting multiple sites across the area. Access to a tablet and Wi‑Fi is required; no roof or attic walking is necessary.

Qualifications

• Residential construction experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work unsupervised.
• Reliable to complete reviews within scheduled days and times.
• Must be able to connect to the internet via Wi‑Fi on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality reviews on newly built homes from the customer's perspective.
• Drive to construction sites and conduct reviews within scheduled windows (8:00–15:30).
• Submit reports on-site electronically by 5:00 PM.
• Enter review results online using a tablet while on-site.
