Job summary

Globus Medical and NuVasive Clinical Services seek a Neuromonitoring Specialist/Associate Neurophysiologist to provide intraoperative neuromonitoring during surgery, monitoring the patient’s nervous system and communicating findings to the surgical team. This is a field-based role with comprehensive training and ongoing education.

You will work with top surgeons and other medical professionals, supporting innovation while adhering to all regulatory and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; entry level possible and no prior professional experience necessary.
• CNIM eligibility via ABRET pathways (Bachelor's, R EEG T or R EP T, or program graduate).
• Knowledge of intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring and/or anatomy/physiology; technical troubleshooting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtains patient history and consults with surgeon about risks and monitoring modalities.
• Communicates monitoring data to surgeon and team during cases.
• Labels waveforms and calculates latencies, amplitudes, and conduction times per guidelines.
• Maintains IOM logs and journals; ensures equipment readiness and maintenance.
