Amgen is seeking a Medical Science Liaison focused on Obesity and Related Conditions for the MS/AR territory, covering Jackson, MS/Biloxi, MS/Little Rock, AR/Fayetteville, AR. This field-based role reports to the Obesity and Related Conditions MSL Field Director and aims to deliver accurate scientific information to key healthcare providers to improve patient outcomes.

The role requires advanced degrees with Medical Affairs experience and strong collaboration across internal teams.

Formación

• Doctorate or advanced degree in a relevant field with Medical Affairs experience preferred.
• Master’s degree with 3+ years Medical Affairs experience or Bachelor’s with 5+ years Medical Affairs experience acceptable.
• cardiometabolic/obesity expertise is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary scientific/clinical resource to OLs, PHDMs and healthcare providers.
• Execute Amgen Medical function and product strategy under MSL leadership.
• Engage with investigators and sites to support obesity pipeline.
• Communicate scientific data to stakeholders; provide balanced clinical information.
• Lead and support congress activities and speaker training as needed.
• Perform administrative tasks (CRM, expense reports, compliance modules) timely.
