Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Senior Medical Science Liaison focused on Obesity & Related Conditions in MN/ND. This field-based role provides scientific support to Obesity stakeholders, engaging with clinicians, investigators, and healthcare decision-makers to share data and improve patient outcomes.

The role sits within Amgen’s Medical Affairs team, reporting to the Obesity MSL Lead. It requires strong collaboration, data communication, and adherence to compliance standards in a dynamic field environment.

Qualifications

• Doctorate/Master/Bachelor with relevant Medical Affairs experience as stated in the ad.
• Experience in Scientific Affairs or Medical Affairs at a biotech/pharma company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary scientific resource to OLs, PHDMs and clinicians to convey data.
• Execute Amgen Medical function and product strategy under MSL leadership.
• Engage with investigators and PHDMs in obesity pipeline.
• Communicate clinical and economic data of value to external stakeholders.
• Lead or participate in MSL projects and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain compliance with MSL standards and complete admin tasks (CRM, training).
