Bank of Colorado is seeking a mortgage loan originator to develop new customer relationships and a realtor/contractor referral network. The role involves reviewing applications, pricing loans, and delivering early disclosures while maintaining high accuracy and compliance with FNMA, FHA, VA and NIFA guidelines.

The position emphasizes quick response to inquiries, teamwork, and meeting regular attendance requirements.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of mortgage loan originating experience required.
• Knowledge of FNMA, FHA, VA and NIFA guidelines.
• Ability to sell mortgage and bank products.
• Ability to communicate with customers and co-workers in a courteous and professional manner.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new customer relationships and referral network; regularly engage away from employer’s place of business.
• Respond quickly to walk-in or phone requests.
• Review loan applications to ensure proper documentation.
• Track loan status daily and update status reports.
• Cross-sell bank products and in-house loans.
• Prepare and deliver early disclosures for all approved loan applications.
• Price loans at appropriate rates.
• Follow up on loan declinations with the underwriter and offer other products.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by manager.
