Job summary

Getinge is seeking a Territory Manager for Healthmark products covering the Detroit area. You will sell and support Healthmark products within Getinge's Surgical Workflows, balancing consumables with a small capital product line.

You will develop strategic sales plans, build strong customer relationships, and drive market share while ensuring post-sale support and compliance with regulations. This role requires travel within the territory and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a highly demanding matrix environment.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a team sales environment.
• Ability to influence external customers on technical and new business solutions.
• Excellent communication, listening, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Salesforce.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years full-time work experience with at least two years sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining expenses within limits.
• Create strategic selling plans for customer opportunities.
• Maintain account activity in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Contracts, Customer Service, Inside Sales and Clinical Affairs.
• Manage territory and post-sales support.
