Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Sales Representative in Sarasota, FL to support territory growth and work alongside an experienced Sales Representative. Responsibilities

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across the assigned territory.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions across operating room, office-based, and procedural care settings.
• Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff to ensure proper product use and a positive customer experience.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation activities within the territory.
• Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with the Sales Representative(s) to identify business opportunities and support account development initiatives.
• Participate in product training and apply technical and clinical knowledge to support customer education and engagement.

What You Will Do

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across assigned territory.

What You Will Need

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in outside sales, field sales, business development, account management, customer success, territory management, or a customer-facing role.
• Experience managing responsibilities through work experience, athletics, academic programs, military service, or leadership activities.
• Exposure to medical device, healthcare, clinical, life sciences, business-to-business sales, or other performance-driven environments.
• Experience supporting customers in a fast‑paced, team‑based environment.

$70,000 salary and may be eligible to earn a bonus + benefits
