Job summary

UC Riverside Health is actively expanding its Managed Care and Clinically Integrated Network across Riverside and San Bernardino counties. This field-based role is the primary liaison for independent physicians and practices, guiding participation and contracting while feeding field insights back to senior leadership as data and recommendations.

You will travel to physician offices and engage with office administrators and physicians, bringing what you learn in the field to support network

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience/training.
• 4–7 years of related experience in provider relations or health plan network development.
• Ability to travel regularly throughout Riverside and San Bernardino counties.

Responsibilities

• Act as field liaison to vet provider candidates and guide contracting.
• Identify prospective practices and advocate joining UCR Health networks.
• Partner with contracting team and stay connected post-onboarding.
• Manage relationships with brokers, employers, TPAs, and public agencies.
• Log activity and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
