Aftermath Services seeks an Outreach Specialist to build trusted relationships within law enforcement and referral networks, ensuring the company is the first and preferred call after traumatic incidents. This is a field-based, relationship-driven role focused on trust, visibility, and long-term referral generation.

Based in Sacramento, CA, the role involves in-person visits, frequent travel, and representing the company at conferences and events.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Chiefs, Command Staff, Detectives, Victim Advocates, Chaplains, and Coroners/Medical Examiners.
• Conduct consistent in-person visits and maintain a strong field presence across assigned territory.
• Identify and prioritize high-value agencies and execute structured territory plans.
• Drive referral activity through trust-based engagement and consistent follow-up.
• Represent the company at conferences, tradeshows, training sessions, and community events.
• Track and manage all contacts, outreach, and engagement within CRM (HubSpot).
• Build, maintain, and continuously verify an accurate database of agencies and key personnel.
• Provide guidance and support to Field Supervisors assisting with outreach efforts.
• Monitor competitor activity and contribute to offensive and defensive market strategies.
• Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and accountability to activity and performance goals.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory, including occasional overnight commitments.
