Job summary

Brother USA is seeking a Manager, Key Account Sales, Retail & E-Commerce to lead sales for a defined set of B2C accounts. You will maintain relationships with buyers, drive revenue through inventory and promo management, and launch new products across printers, multi-function devices, scanners, and labelers.

The role is remote field-based with up to 60% travel. Required: 7+ years in sales/account management and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience managing sales accounts.
• Minimum 4 years in related industry or quick learning of products/technology.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and achieve sales revenue goals for accounts while maintaining profitability.
• Maintain high levels of customer service, engagement, and account management.
• Engage with customers by phone, email, and on-site visits at trade shows and meetings.
• Coordinate advertising plans and promo schedules; manage stock levels and transitions.
• Forecast supplies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
