L.A. Insurance in the United States is seeking a Zone Manager to oversee sales, operations, staffing and business development for a group of locations in Michigan. You will drive performance and coach agents to improve quotes, renewals and revenue.

This role requires leadership, the ability to recruit licensed agents, travel within the zone, and a strong customer‑focused approach. A high school diploma and an active Property & Casualty license are required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-location sales or insurance field.
• Leadership, coaching, and accountability skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Active Resident Property & Casualty Producer License required or obtainable within the timeframe.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned zone.

Responsabilités

• Drive Zone performance metrics (quotes, policies, conversions, revenue).
• Coach field agents through sales execution and renewals.
• Recruit licensed agents; optimize schedules; foster winning teams.
• Partner with Marketing for local campaigns and referrals.
• Ensure agencies are compliant and brand-consistent.
