Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Active Resident Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within given timeframe).
• Strong leadership to coach and motivate sales teams across multiple locations.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned Zone and work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance metrics across quotes, policies, conversions, retention, referrals, and revenue growth.
• Coach and develop agents through field visits; optimize schedules and recruit licensed agents.
• Grow local brand by partnering with Marketing and local partners.
• Ensure operational excellence: professional branding, compliance, and clear communication with leadership.
