Job summary

L.A. Insurance, a large independent insurance brokerage, seeks a Zone Manager to drive performance, coach agents and recruit licensed teams across multiple locations. The role emphasizes sales growth, local campaigns, and strong operational leadership in a customer-focused environment.

You’ll lead field teams, optimize schedules, and maintain brand standards while traveling across your assigned Zone. A bilingual English/Spanish capability is strongly preferred and a Property & Casualty license

Qualifications

Experience in insurance, financial services, retail sales or multi-location sales environments.
Strong leadership, coaching and accountability skills with measurable results.
Bilingual English/Spanish fluency strongly preferred.
Active Property & Casualty license required or to be obtained within company timeframe.

Responsibilities

Drive Zone performance metrics: quotes, policies, conversions, retention, referrals and revenue growth.
Coach and develop agents through field visits, sales execution and renewals.
Build winning teams by recruiting licensed agents, optimizing schedules and motivating through recognition.
Grow the brand by partnering with Marketing for local campaigns and partnerships.
Ensure operational excellence: maintain professional branding, compliance and clear communication between agents and leadership.
