Job summary

L.A. Insurance in Muskegon, MI is seeking a Zone Manager to drive performance and growth across multiple locations. You will coach licensed agents, optimize schedules, and recruit teams to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

Leadership of field teams, strong insurance knowledge, and bilingual English/Spanish skills are highly valued. A valid Property & Casualty license and willingness to travel are required; a competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

Background in insurance, financial services, retail sales, or similar multi-location sales environment.
Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance and agency operations.
Bilingual English/Spanish fluency is strongly preferred.
Active Resident Property & Casualty license (or obtain within company timeframe).
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
Ability to travel frequently within assigned Zone and maintain a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

Drive Performance & Growth: Own your Zone’s performance metrics including quotes, policies, conversions, retention, referrals, and revenue growth.
Coach & Develop Agents: Conduct frequent field visits to coach agents on sales execution, follow-ups, renewals, and interactions; oversee building winning teams and recruiting licensed agents.
Grow the Brand: Partner with Marketing to execute local campaigns and drive local referral growth through relationships with dealerships and community partners.
Ensure Operational Excellence: Ensure agencies are professional, properly branded, compliant, and equipped to succeed; act as a communication link between agents and leadership.
