Job summary

Field Verified, Inc. is seeking an Instructional Designer to turn technical knowledge into engaging, practical training.

This role requires spending time in the field alongside our team and subject matter experts to observe work firsthand and capture the skills our employees need to succeed. You’ll collaborate with an in-house graphic designer and videographer to bring training concepts to life, and you’ll design instructor-led, digital, and hands-on learning experiences that scale across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, or related field.
• 2+ years in instructional design or a related role.
• Experience designing learning experiences for adults.
• Strong writing, editing, organization, and communication skills.
• Translate complex technical information into clear training.
• Determine learning method based on skill.
• Strong project-management and multi-project handling.
• Willingness to spend time in the field observing and learning.
• Comfort with new learning technologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructor-led, digital, self-paced, and hands-on learning experiences.
• Turn complex technical information into practical training.
• Determine the right learning approach for each skill and include video, assessments, or field experience as needed.
• Develop courses, guides, assessments, microlearning, checklists, and performance-support tools.
• Build training around clearly defined skill expectations and competency levels.
• Review and improve existing training as processes evolve.
• Spend time in the field observing employees and SMEs performing technical skills.
• Collaborate with in-house designer and videographer to produce visuals and videos.
• Capture knowledge from SMEs and ensure training reflects real work scenarios.
• Launch training from concept through development to delivery.
