AbbVie is seeking an Immunology Regional Marketing Manager (RMM) to shape and execute regionally focused marketing strategies. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize brand performance across Immunology.

The RMM will work with External Experts, drive engagement, and align with national plans while traveling within the western US. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in immunology-related marketing or sales, with strong communication, strategic thinking,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; immunology or related field preferred.
Experience in sales, marketing, or managed care with immunology background preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills; able to lead cross-functional teams and external partnerships.

Responsabilités

Lead national and regional marketing initiatives aligned with brand plans.
Develop and optimize regional marketing strategies, events, and external expert engagements.
Coordinate with Agency Partners, Legal, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and IT to ensure compliant execution.
Build regional plans with External Experts and professional associations to drive engagement.
Drive analysis of market drivers and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
