Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Immunology Regional Marketing Manager to drive regional and national marketing initiatives. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams including External Experts, Market Research, Legal, and IT to align on branding and program delivery across assigned geographies such as California, Arizona, Nevada, and Washington.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in Immunology sales, marketing, or related roles, with travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Experience in sales, sales management or marketing with Immunology background preferred (2+ years).
Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and standards.
Willingness to travel up to 75% including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Lead national and regional marketing strategy and budgeting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors (Agency Partners, Market Research, Legal, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, IT).
Develop regional engagement plans for External Experts and ensure consistent implementation.
Identify insights to optimize brand performance and drive strategic recommendations.
Coordinate field leadership partnerships to maximize pull-through of marketing strategies.
