Job summary

AbbVie is seeking an Immunology Regional Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing strategy and execution in alignment with the Annual Strategic Brand Plans. This field-based role collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize brand performance across AbbVie Immunology.

The RMM will engage External Experts, coordinate with internal partners, and drive insights to inform marketing tactics and plan implementation across assigned geographies. Extensive travel is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Immunology (preferred) or related field.
• Experience in sales, sales management, or marketing.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead national and regional marketing strategy and execution.
• Manage budgets for conventions, External Expert consulting, and advisory boards.
• Develop regional engagement plans with External Experts and optimize brand performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional partners across Legal, Regulatory, Medical, IT, and Ethics.
