Job summary

The candidate will manage budgets, coordinate with Agency Partners, and ensure compliant execution in alignment with Strategic Brand Plans. Travel up to 75% is expected, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years in sales, sales management, or marketing with Immunology experience preferred.
• Gastroenterology experience highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% (evenings and weekends)
• Experience navigating a field-headquarters matrix organization and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional marketing strategy and execution for Immunology products.
• Manage strategy, execution and budgeting for national and regional initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Regulatory, Medical, and Market Research.
• Coordinate external vendors and agency partners to deliver programs on time.
• Develop regional engagement plans for External Experts and ensure consistent execution.
• Provide insights on market drivers, competitive landscape and brand performance.
